As an artist you can sell your artworks easily, with no worries about packaging and delivery. Here we’ll cover how to start selling artwork, package them and track the delivery process.

Before selling any artwork

Set up a payout method

Before selling any artwork, you must complete the identity verification and payout setup process. To start a setup process:

Sell artwork

Press Sell artwork button to continue

Press Sell artwork button to continue

To sell an artwork, you have to:

1. Set artwork price

When setting a sale price for your artwork, consider the cost of materials, your time, artistic value, and any other personal factors. A minimum price limit of €250, below which artworks cannot be priced. There is no maximum price limit.

Our platform deducts a 30% commission on the sale price that you have set.

Additionally, if an expert has reviewed your artwork, a 5% commission is deducted and allocated to them upon sale. This rewards an expert for their review as it increases the chances of a sale. Please factor these deductions into your initial pricing to meet your desired earnings.

2. Set artwork location

Set the address where the artwork is located. We will use them to pick up the artwork and contact you to schedule packaging if necessary.

3. Set packaging method

Packaging is an important step that helps us reduce the time during the delivery process.

4. Attach a certificate of authenticity

We highly recommend attaching the digital copy of the certificate of authenticity to your artwork. With a digital certificate, it will be easier for future owners to have it on hand. The printed certificate of authenticity can also be packaged with the artwork.

5. Making artwork available to own

Once all details are added, press Start selling . Your artwork is now Available for everyone to own!

Managing order

Where to find order details?

Once somebody places an order, you will be notified via email. Your artwork will change its status to Delivering. And we will start to do the magic from our side.

The delivery process

The delivery process is divided into four steps:

  1. The buyer places the order. We charge the buyer for the artwork price, delivery, and the additional packaging (if you request it). We store the final amount on our side to make the purchase easy and secure for both sides.
  2. We schedule delivery and packaging. We’ll contact you to schedule the delivery date and any additional packaging.
  3. Packaging and artwork pick-up. Our partners will help you with the packaging (if you require help), and the delivery partner will take the artwork from its location.
  4. Delivering. We will let you know once the artwork is delivered to the buyer.

Getting Paid

Once the artwork is delivered to the buyer, we will send your revenue to the connected payout account. The funds may be received in up to 7 days.
