We require to complete the payouts setup process before you can receive any payouts on Subjektiv.
Go to Settings
Select Payouts
Press Set up button
Select your country of residence: We will provide you with the best payout method based on it.
Complete the identity verification process by Uploading your document (ID, international passport, or EU/UK driver’s licence).
<aside> <img src="/icons/exclamation-mark_red.svg" alt="/icons/exclamation-mark_red.svg" width="40px" /> Please note that we can’t accept documents without an English translation. So make sure you upload a valid document with details in English as well.

Connect the payout method: we will provide you with one option. It can be Stipe integration or direct Bank account transfers. The option we provide is based on your country of residence.
Press Connect to finish the setup process. Once it is finished, we will verify your documents and payout information.

It requires about 48 hours to verify your documents and payment method. If you waiting more than 96 hours, please write to [email protected] with a subject “Payout verification”.

To change the payout method, you need to Disconnect it. Please note that you will need to set up the payout process again, including identity verification.
To disconnect the payout method:
••• → DisconnectConfirm that you want to disconnect your payout method
To add, change, or remove your VAT number:
Settings on the left sidebar, select Payouts+ Add VAT number<aside> <img src="/icons/exclamation-mark_orange.svg" alt="/icons/exclamation-mark_orange.svg" width="40px" /> Note: The VAT Number added affects only sales that were made when it was added. If you added the VAT number after making a sale, it will not affect the VAT commission we charge for this specific order.
