Change email

Currently, users can’t change their emails. We know it can be frustrating, but we are working on it. Stay in touch for updates 😉

Change password

You can set a new password at any time from settings. To do so:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Open Account & Privacy page
  3. Press Change password
  4. Enter your current password and the new one, and press Change .
    1. If you don’t remember your current password, you can reset it by pressing Reset password right under the Current password field.
  5. We will email you the link to confirm your new password.
  6. Open the email and press Confirm password change
  7. Your password is changed to a new one!

Delete your Subjektiv account

Currently, we can manually take care of that for you. Just email [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my account," and we will take it from there.

Deleting your account permanently removes all your posts, reflections, and saves. However, all artworks that were added and already sold remain on the platform with all the key details you added to them (such as main photos and descriptions).

Log out

To log out of your account:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Press Log out at the bottom
  3. Confirm log out
