Delivery

Why can't we calculate delivery costs automatically for some countries?

Sometimes during the checkout, you can see a warning under Shipping that tells you that Delivery costs can’t be calculated automatically. This can happen because:

  1. The artwork location is out of our usual delivery provider area. This means the artwork collection should be organised manually.
  2. Your shipping address is out of our usual delivery provider's area. This means artwork can’t be delivered by any default provider that we collaborate with.

We do our best to deal with special shippings and ensure the artwork you like is delivered to you. We are continuously working on extending our delivery reach to bring art to as many people as we can.
