Delivery

Why artwork can’t be delivered to my address?

Sometimes during the checkout process, you can see an error under Shipping that tells you that Artwork can’t be delivered to your address . This can happen because:

  1. The artwork location is out of our delivery provider area. Which means artwork can’t be collected to be shipped.
  2. Your shipping address is out of our delivery provider's area. This means artwork can’t be delivered by any provider that we collaborate with.

We are continuously working on extending the delivery and pick-up range to cover as many people as we can. We will let you know once your area is available to send/receive artwork, stay in touch.
