In this article On Subjektiv you can find artworks you love and purchase those that makes your heart beat faster. Here we’ll cover the purchase process of an artwork.

Discovering artworks

We believe that your match with an artwork is the most important thing. So, when you find an artwork that makes your heart beat faster, don’t hesitate to go for it. But remember, that not any artwork on Subjektiv can be owned. There are 4 main artwork statuses that tell you if it can be owned:

Purchase process

Once you find an artwork, check the price or press Own artwork to start the checkout process.

During the checkout process, we will ask you to provide:

Tracking the artwork delivery

The artwork you own becomes in the Delivering status and can now be temporarily found in your Collection. To find it, go to the ProfileMy Collection tab. Other users will not see the artwork in your Collection until you receive the physical artwork.

To track the delivery process, you have to open Order Details. To do so:

Cancel order

If you want to cancel the order, please write to [email protected] with the subject “Order cancelation - {Your order number}”.
